Cold Porridge- My fave Brekkie

Salam all!

I thought I would quickly share my favourite breakfast which is pretty simple and tasty. I call it cold porridge because its oats but I dont cook them I just soak about a handful of oats in milk for around 10-15 mins. I use raw milk but you could use regular milk or water. After that its  whatever you want to add in of fruits and nuts and seeds. My favourite variation involves a grated Granny Smith apple, cashew nuts, walnuts and almonds, pumpkin seeds, frozen or fresh berries and a couple tablespoons of yoghurt.

Its a great breakfast because you can make it different every time depending on whats available or whatever you fancy, dried fruits work great too. :)
